Who Runs the "Democratic" Party?
DNC chair Harrison's clients at the Podesta Group included BP, Google, Lockheed Martin, the National Association of Broadcasters, the National Mining Association, Oracle, Wal-Mart and Wells Fargo.
[My questioning the State Department yesterday about Roger Waters resulted in evidence-free claims about him by the State Department today reported by AP and other outlets, along with statements by Waters himself.]
Jaime R. Harrison of South Carolina is the chair of the Democratic National Committee. He was an aide to noted South Carolina corporate Democrat Jim Clyburn, who helped ensure Biden became the 2020 nominee by endorsing him just before that state’s primary in the 2020 race, part of an elaborate scheme to effectively rig that election.
For 2024, the DNC has done everything it can to make South Carolina the first primary.
Harrison worked at the Podesta Group where his clients included the American Coalition for Clean Coal Electricity, Bank of America, Berkshire Hathaway, Boeing, BP, Google, Lockheed Martin, the National Association of Broadcasters, the National Mining Association, Oracle, Wal-Mart and Wells Fargo.
According to the rightwing Free Beacon, Harrison “now reports assets of up to $3.45 million.”
I've been thinking. Bernie had spent a lifetime making heroic stands for truth and justice (yes I know he was pro-Israel and a warmonger) yet he crumped. Crumped really badly in the end. Abandoned his life's work and his legacy and the American people. All fingers were and are pointed at Bernie. But maybe a more useful question, especially now as RFK, Jr. and others step into the ring, is, how did they get to Bernie and who did it? It is concerning that RFK, Jr. crumped over Palestine. As Sabrina Salvati pointed out in a recent RISING interview, if RFK folds this early, this easily, then he will fold later under more pressure, for sure.
So, how did they get Bernie? My theory is, they blackmailed him about his wife, who you may recall was accused of embezzling money from the fancy eastern college where she served as some kind of administrator, just before a critical primary, I think. Or was it something else that got him?
In a previous interview, RFK remarked that in the past he has been viciously attacked for his use of the word, "holocaust," in some context that was not about the Jews in Germany. He backed down after his wife nearly lost her job in the aftermath of accusations that RFJ was anti-Semitic because he used that word. He explained that, as a student of the English language, he is aware that the word "holocaust" actually means, "sacrifice" (a very interesting fact if true, BTW.) He felt it was not worth his wife's career to quibble then.
During the recent exchange with Liam McCollum, RFK looked visibly shaken by the question about his retracting his endorsement of Roger Waters. I actually have not seen him look like that before.
None of this excuses RFK, Jr. But when seeking to cure an illness, I have found it is always most helpful to ascertain the cause of the disease. Otherwise one is simply treating symptoms.
Blessings!
