Why is the apparently legal single Palestinian state overlooked/ignored to begin with?
A month ago Dr. Ralph Wilde explained to the ICJ the legal basis of the Palestinian right of self-determination with no preconditions, violated from the start. Palestine was not unpeopled. Dr. Wilde stated, Israel must leave the occupied territory, "immediately."
