Hi Sam: book recommendation for you: Lab 257. About Plum Island off Lyme, CT and NYC, where tons of bioweappns research was done (including by Nazis) for the USG until not long ago. Nightmarish lack of biosafety; tons of gaslighting of thr public, politicians, and even staff. Multiple spillovers *on the mainland* to ducks, horses, people. Now the BSL4 lab from Plum will be moved to Kansas (origin of the 1918 global pandemic -- has that one ever been adequately/accurately sourced? Germ warfare research existed then, as did an ag college. Ag was the original cover for Plum -- USDA -- partly because vets don't take a Hippocratic oath).

I'm not super familiar with you, but appreciate that you name many of the key people who "get" BIODEFENSE / BIODEFENCE (so-called "defense" when it really seems like "offense," as you know).
