This makes good sense to me. It also gives a powerful proactive focus to any peacekeeping forces that may find their way into Gaza now. And a rallying cry to millions more would-be peacekeepers from around the world to channel their outrage into positive action by joining the Palestinians in their long awaited march of return.
Thanks for the reminder that the atrocious erasure of Palestine has been going go since 1948 and the logical outcome of "animals and dogs" getting massacred into Rafah and the Sinai isn't rational despite what the weapons industrial congressional complex may say when there are credible options toward peace and security such as negotiating with the resistance, acknowledging the humanity of all participants, and following the international law that South Africa is heroically trying to uphold.
You are really great: this is the biggest elephant on the table! Of course there are the right place for them, where tehy belonged: their stolen homes. We must shout very loud and spread as wider possible this obvious hidden true.
It is telling that the moral solution to where Gazans can go--to their original homes--is incompatible with the existence of the state of Israel, which the Zionist always planned to be supremely if not exclusively Jewish. Denying Palestinians' right of return was and is therefore existential to Israel, which cannot exist without apartheid, ethnic cleansing or genocide. For Gaza, it's now ethnic cleansing or genocide. Apartheid will do for now in the West Bank. The only moral end to it all is to end Israel as a Zionist state.
18 U.S. Code § 1091 - That's the law in the US that brought the Genocide Convention into US domestic law. Why aren't we using it? Who can step up and take this to court, probably to request a Writ of Mandamus that would order the Department of Justice, (perhaps, to appoint a special counsel) to investigate and ultimately arrest the Biden Administration for violation of this law.
There must be a permanent ceasefire in Gaza in order to comply with the ICJ ruling. Not with Palestinians suffering under oppressive conditions, but as a place where all live with peace and equality. It is time for Pope Francis to do more than talk. He must go to Gaza and make a stand for peace and freedom.

Let us also support UNRWA. If our governments won’t act in accordance with humanity, then we will. https://www.unrwausa.org/donate
These are a few small things we can do. If we can do more, let us do more.
The 'tipping point!'
Do we go on allowing this genocide to happen?
IF it continues we are all subject to the same.
US is hated around the world...........what happens if this happens to you having ignored the ICC?
No one will come to your aid!
