I wonder if the US understands their duplicity regarding whether or not the ICC should investigate allegations of Israeli war crimes because that country isn't a signatory to the Rome statute. For the record, neither is the US nor Russia. I don't remember the US objecting to the ICC charging Putin with the patently bogus crime of 'kidnapping children.'
